Romain Tribaut

Romery, a small village of the Marne Valley: a chalky base beneath a clay-limestone layer, rich in mineral principles. Three of the five cuvées are raised in oak previously used one to two years in Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet.

The house

Combining modernity and tradition

In Romery, in the heart of the Marne Valley, the Tribaut family has been making wine since the beginning of the twentieth century. What began as a small winery has grown without leaving behind the artisanal working method or the attachment to its terroir.

The house works two complementary vinifications side by side, exploring different expressions of the Champagne grape varieties across the range.
